"Renting vacation properties is always difficult with dogs and Cassie accepted our babies happily. Our goal was to never leave the house/property and we achieved just that! Our only regret was not realizing where the eagles nest was sooner! I didn’t realize the water wouldn’t be swim-able but the dogs loved the gentle waves and we truly had such a nice time even when the weather wasn’t great. Little details like a personalized welcome card gave that luxury feel. "

"We had a wonderful stay at this cottage. There are beautiful views of the national wildlife refuge, and sunsets over it, from the back deck. Then a one minute walk over to the beach for the sunrises over the bay. The owners were also very friendly and responsive to any questions or issues we had. We would definately love to rent this home again, when we take another vacation down to Deleware!"

"Incredibly peaceful beach with sparsely scattered beachgoers, gentle waves, and soft sand. Ceiling fans with open floor plan and pocket doors secreting bedrooms away provide for both gatherings and restful privacy with a whir of moving air above. Sunrise coffee in the pergola beachside is best!"

"One of the best vacations i've ever had thanks to the gorgeous property and the outstanding management of the owners. Waking up to the sunrise, walking on the beach, relaxing on the patio, and watching the wildlife, which included a wide variety of birds, and also foxes, turtles, small sharks, and of course the horseshoe crabs! Plus Rehoboth Beach was 30 minutes away, so we had a wonderful dinner and walked along the boardwalk. Outstanding all around. I would love to come back."
