"The room was spacious, clean, and safe for my 90 yo mom. The kitchenette was wonderful! Our room was quiet as was the hotel, the hotel is in a quiet location even tho it’s close to the airport. Our room had a view of a little lake with geese on it. I cannot say enough about how ACCOMMODATING, FRIENDLY, and CUSTOMER ORIENTED the hotel staff at the front desk was!!! "Room needed major updates. Walls were partially painted, lots of dents and holes. Bathroom had rust stains. No butter available at breakfast. Juice machines didnt work. Coffee machine unavailable. "

"Everything about what you pay for, However they completely ignore your Do not Disturb sign on your door. I was woken up to banging at 7am for them to grab my trash, and once at 11 for them to do a full cleaning on the room. Both times I had my sign up. The lady at the counter mentioned no manditory cleanings either. Just an inconvenience, really."
