Dining Room: Enjoy delightful family meals at the farm-style table that seats 14 or more, fostering a warm and communal atmosphere.
Kitchen: The large eat-in kitchen is a culinary haven, fully equipped to accommodate the preparation of delicious meals for the whole family.
Laundry Room: Convenience is key, and the main level hosts a laundry area accessible to all guests for added ease during your stay.
Basement Entertainment: Unwind in the entertainment haven of the basement, featuring a 48” screen TV for movie nights and a wet bar with a beverage fridge to keep everyone refreshed.

The outdoor space is designed for relaxation, creating the perfect backdrop for memorable family moments.

LOCATION:
Centrally located in the Beachwalk Resort, Key Lime Cottage is a short walk to the amenities and the beach. Explore the resort's offerings effortlessly and make the most of your beach getaway.

PARKING:
Ample parking space is available for your convenience. Park up to 4 cars in the driveway and 1 in front of the guest house. Please be considerate and park off the road as much as possible. An overflow parking lot is conveniently located nearby.

HOUSE RULES:

No smoking or vaping indoors
No pets allowed
No parties or fireworks
The primary renter must be 25 years old and present for the entire stay to make a reservation.

RESORT AMENITIES AND INFO:
Indulge in the abundance of resort amenities, including a heated pool, toddler pool, basketball court, tennis court, Sandcastle playground, putting green, paddle boarding, kayaking, catch and release fishing off two different piers, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, and a toddler sprinkler pad. Please note that parking passes ($5 each) and wristbands ($15 each) are required for all guests ages 4 and up from mid-May through September.

BOOKING DETAILS:
Key Lime and Keyhole Cottage require a 7-night minimum stay, with check-in and check-out on Saturdays during the peak season (mid-June to mid-August). Book now to secure your dream beach vacation!

our wonderful vacation

the neigherhood was peaceful for #1 ,,the pool and volleyball net just a short walk away,also has ping pong tables the tvs didnt have no live channels but wasnt that big of a deal and the house seemed in pretty good shape ! overall we had a very good stay👍👌😎 "THE SCHWARTZS"
