Satisfactory Stay

I stayed at this condo with my husband for one week over the March Break. Communication with the owner was excellent and I consistently felt in the loop. Check in was easy and the people at the front desk were expecting me. Good things about this condo are: 1. Location - it felt in the heart of downtown, a CVS was right next-door and a Publix was not too far away. 2: the kitchen was well outfitted. 3: it had a great space and was in a nice building with a pool. Things that could be better about this condo are: 1. The bedroom carpet was stained. I’m sure it’s clean, but there were stains throughout. 2. There was a bed, but it had a foam mattress, which was a little less comfortable after three or four days. The futon in the living room also got a little hard on the bottom. 3. There was an odor. It wasn’t super offensive, but I noticed it every time I walked in the unit.Overall, the condo was a decent unit for the price we paid. Just a few improvements would probably make it a great unit for the price we paid!
