• 🔑 Access: Each unit includes 1 physical key and 1 fob (per building rules). However, our smart lock system allows easy mobile app entry and multiple digital codes. Need more? A virtual fob can be purchased at the front desk for $10 (available daily from 8 AM to 10 PM).
• 🧼 Towels: Please note that washcloths are not provided.
• 🔇 Noise Policy: Parties or loud gatherings are strictly prohibited. Excessive noise may result in building fines, which will be charged to the responsible guest.
• 🧾 Main Guest Check-In Requirement:
The main guest must be pre-registered and present at check-in. If the registered guest is unable to check in, a $53 fee will apply to update the reservation at the front desk.
