We have several apartments in the building, so if you are traveling with company, we can accommodate your entire group. For families, cribs, Pack ’n Plays, and high chairs are available for rent at $25 each per trip.
For guests traveling with pets, we also offer accommodations for pets under 25 lbs. The fee is $300 per pet, per trip, plus a $150 registration fee, with all required vaccination documents provided. Please note: Failure to follow house rules may result in immediate removal from the property without refund.
• Please observe quiet hours in the building from 10 PM to 8 AM so all guests can relax and enjoy their stay.
• Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment or anywhere on the premises.
• Out of respect for neighbors, parties and large gatherings are not allowed.
• The pool is open during designated hours — for everyone’s safety, there is no swimming before dawn or after dusk.
• Families are welcome! Cribs, Pack ’n Plays, and high chairs are available for rent at $25 each per trip.
• Small pets under 25 lbs may be accommodated with prior approval. A $300 pet fee and $150 registration fee apply, along with vaccination records.
• Standard check-in is after 4 PM and check-out is by 11 AM. Whenever possible, we’re happy to offer flexibility for a small fee — just ask in advance.
