Please note that parking will only fit regular size vehicles, oversized vehicles won't have space to be parked. If you think your vehicle is very big, please contact us before making the reservation. 1 parking spot
- Dear guest please note this is a residential Townhouse and not a hotel. The Townhouse is for guest to sleep and have a good resting experience. If you are looking for a place to party please do not book, this is not the right place for you and your guests. Any violation os the house rules will result on eviction.

- No partes, no gatherings, no events , no celebrations, no parties or eventos decorations can be place, tape, glued or hang inside the Townhouse or outside the door, no laúd música allowed, if you break this rules you agree to pay $1.000 fee and you will be immediately evicted from the Townhouse

-No smoking, smoking is strictly prohibited in the property, if you violate this rule you will be fine with a $500 fee and you agree to pay the fee.

- All the guest must wear a face mask to the covid 19 if you violate this rule you will have to pay a $100 fine.

- Visitor are not allowed after 11pm
A $100 fine will be imposed and will result on eviction

- Try to avoid noise. Remember you are in a residential area.

-The UNAUTHORIZED check out has a cost of $100

- Each guest must send us their ID before arrival, so they can register at the front desk.

- Please, DO NOT Smoke inside the house.

- Keep home items inside the house.

- Turn off AC when leaving the house.

- We can NOT be responsible for packages (Amazon, Ebay, Best Buy, etc.) sent to the property’s address.
