"The home was as advertised per the pictures. It had more than enough room for three adults and one teenager. We were in town for MU graduation. Was able to enjoy a nice barbecue dinner with our family and graduate. The home was clean and stocked with amenities that a lot of VRBO’s no longer provide! Wish more VRBO’s actually took this into consideration when people are traveling. Thanks for a great stay!!!"

"Our stay in Columbia was great! Jessica was quick to respond to messages. The home is older and mostly upgraded and super clean. Upon arrival we were not certain of the neighborhood but we had no issues at all! Very quiet street and neighbors. Thanks for a great day!"

"We stayed at this property for the FFA State Convention. It had plenty of room for our group of 8 students and 3 chaperones. It was close enough to MU that we were able to commute without any major issues and the yard was big enough that if the weather would have cooperated we could have done some outside activities."

"Overall, we enjoyed our time in Columbia. It was a short weekend trip and we really only slept in the home. The neighborhood was not as nice as other neighborhoods we’ve stayed in, but it seems the town is older and there was work being done during our weekend to help improve the area. Volunteers were every where cleaning and helping the city. The home was just enough space for us."

"We were there for our granddaughters high school graduation. Check in was so easy. The house was clean and had the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on in a rental. We had no issues whatsoever The neighborhood was nice and quiet. I would recommend this property."

"It’s a very comfortable,roomy and well cared for property. We all enjoyed our rooms and comfortable beds. Loved community space even got to play cards on the big dinning room table. Close enough to downtown to easily walk, shop and eat. We plan on coming back. Hopefully when the Museum across the street is open. Great stay."

"Great square footage with more room than a hotel. King bed was nice and there would be plenty of room for an air mattress and a couch sleeper in the living room. Host lives above the space and had loud music playing until past midnight. Host was under the impression we were not arriving that evening and did not send us any check in communication ahead of time."

"The house was perfect for a weekend at the lake! The kitchen provided ample space and resources for meal prep. The grill and fire pit were an added bonus. The beds were comfy. The location was perfect as it is only a few miles from the marina and a few miles from Monroe City. The 20 minute drive to Sweetwater Distillery is a must!"

"This is a very relaxing stay. We came to visit family and intend to stay again. They have everything you need for your stay minutes the food. We spent the vast majority of our time on the front patio relaxing in the shade. We would highly recommend the Holder House! It’s a short 3 miles trip to the boat ramp if that’s your thing and the home owners alike you to park your boat and vehicle inside of their two car garage."
