"The owner was untrustworthy and we feel we were duped. I made this reservation on expedia for a room that had a queen and a fold out couch. I realized the day we were to arrive, I booked it for one person, so I informed them there would be three. The owner called back to say it is a room has only one bed for 2, the couch does not fold out and they could not provide a cot since he had no housekeeping the rest of the day. He said I could book a second room for the third person or cancel altogether. I asked if he had a larger room for 3 and he said no. When we checked in, the initial room did have a fold out couch and staff said they could provide us sheets, but they called the owner who said we still had to pay for an extra room had to put the third person(my son) in a second room. The additional room they gave us was a 2 bathroom loft with a double bed on one floor and a bed on another floor, plenty of room for 3. We said we could easily fit into either room, but they refused. We arrived late and we had a 6AM international flight, so we felt forced to buy a second room for my teenage son. Just to warn you. "
