"This property warrants more than 5 stars. It is absolutely beautiful with plenty of outdoor and indoor space. Pool &grill are an added bonus. 6 adults managed quite well with room for everyone. Apartment is comtemporary in design, very well appointed and gets 5 stars for cleanliness. Neighborhood has lots of good restaurants and wine bars. Can't go wrong with this property. Beautiful !!"

"The property is in a very hip, trendy neighborhood very close to bars, restaurants, stores, and beautiful parks. Because it is more of a residential area, credit cards and US dollars are not always accepted or welcomed, so keep that in mind. Additionally, it was easy to get to the property and there were plenty of Ubers available (and cheap). "The property had not been cleaned before my arrival. The fridge, the bathroom, the floors, everything was filthy. They hadn’t even swept the floors! There was a dead roach in the living room and a lot of stuff and dust under the beds. The matress in the main bedroom was gross. The light fixture in the kitchen was missing a lightbulb and it was very dark in there. The light fixtures in the hall and the second bedroom stopped working. The water heater was leaking water, flooding the laundry room....
