"The host could not have been more helpful and accommodating, answering all our questions and providing assistance quickly. The apt. was wonderful. Vey comfortable bed, everything you would need in the kitchen, very spacious with full living room and dining table, balconies, lot's of light. It was very clean and wonderfully furnished. The building was very nice and the neighborhood was delightful, being close to everything Buenos Aires has to offer. I would stay there again on my next trip."

"The contact person never responded to us and never gave us the info needed to get into the apartment. We needed to find another place to stay at the last minute. I recommend that people avoid VRBO and Expedia, due to the lack of response, lack of access, lack or refund, and the need to incur higher costs with alternative lodging.The worst customer service ever."

"The property had not been cleaned before my arrival. The fridge, the bathroom, the floors, everything was filthy. They hadn’t even swept the floors! There was a dead roach in the living room and a lot of stuff and dust under the beds. The matress in the main bedroom was gross. The light fixture in the kitchen was missing a lightbulb and it was very dark in there. The light fixtures in the hall and the second bedroom stopped working. The water heater was leaking water, flooding the laundry room....

"This is a scam. The owner NEVER sent secur verification of our stay so we were not granted entry. This was my mothers birthday. We spent 5 hours embarrassed in the lobby calling and emailing the host. He NEVER responded. Security said they dont answer their number for them either. They also didnt answer for Vrbo. Very wicked to ruin people's vacation. "

"El hotel está en una ubicación excelente. Estás cerca de la calle peatonal Florida, cerca del metro y de muchas vías de comunicación. Además el servicio en el hotel es excelente. El personal del mostrador siempre está dispuesto a ayudar. La única crítica sería a nivel de la mucama Que viene tardíamente a limpiar el cuarto, Y hoy que es mi día de salida viene a las 8:30. Fuera de este pequeño incidente. Realmente no hay ninguna queja sobre el hotel. El desayuno es bastante amplio y variado y tenemos los huéspedes la posibilidad de utilizar el gimnasio para hacer ejercicios. Felicito al gerente y al personal del hotel "
