Villa can be accommodated to your needs. From 1 to 5 bedrooms, 5 baths, 2 levels, new washer/dryer. Enjoy THREE balconies: two with beautiful gulf views, a third with a peek ocean view and pool garden views. Large sunny entertainment deck with grill, one has a shade from the sun and a place for your hammock, one has sunny views and more hammock room.

Great for families with easy pool access. Pour a cup of coffee and enjoy the Emerald Green Gulf. Pair the view with sunrise or sunset. King bedroom has large closet, bright gulf views and ac. Double bedroom has gulf view and access to balcony. Second, double bedroom has gulf and garden views. The fourth bedroom has two twin beds with garden pool view, ac. The fifth bedroom twin bed overlooks the pool and garden. There is a large living area with ac to set up your work-at-home space. Fantastic ocean view from the well-equipped kitchen.

Great location near restaurants, the colonial city of Merida, The Port of Progreso Pier (Malecon), archaeological sites, fresh water fishing, Windsurfing, Kitesurfing, Fishing, Golf.

Host was very welcoming, house is very nice, but there were many things that are listed there that were not there No washing machine or dryer and no grill Then there was no hot water most of the time and despite promises to fix it was not done, But overall everything was nice and location on the beach was perfect

A great home on the beach!

Overall, this is a great beach house. There are two pools, which get maintained by professionals on a regular basis. It is what is says it is, a house right on the beach. You can sit on the patio and watch birds, fishermen, the waves break. It's a quiet beach with friendly folk walking around. No crowds, just the waves breaking. And lots of seashells! Stan, the caretaker host, is great and very responsive. He was easily the best host we have ever dealt with. The home just got some major repair work done before we arrive and had been unoccupied for a bit before us. This lead to a few issues with the home. Stan got on these right away, when we contacted him. Most often the very same day. The town of Chelem is right down the road to the east and the town of Chuburna is to the west. Chelem seemed to be much more active with more going on. The people of this area are wonderful and very friendly. There is a great fresh food market in Chelem, Frutería Vázquez, right on Calle 21 as you enter Chelem from the beach house. If you stay at this great beach home, you should go check out Isla Columpois. Look it up. You can book a kayak trip into the mangroves to a great clear water spring swimming hole, go early!. And then have lunch at the Isla Columpios. You have to visit to understand, it just a cool spot. We loved our stay here.

Little gem in Chelem

My partner and I stayed at Kimberly's house for a long weekend and had an amazing time! The house is right on the beach, which makes the location great from early morning breakfasts to evenings' beautiful sunsets. It's well equipped with everything you need, and Kimberly is just a phone call away with great restaurant recommendations, for finding quick solutions to any of your concerns and always with a warm welcome! Falling asleep and waking up to the sound of the waves is priceless! Don't hesitate to bring friends, the whole house can accommodate a lot of people!
