"Exquisite service my room was excellent."

"The staff are 10/10."

"ALL GOOD"

"Room was small but very comfortable, super clean, well equipped with all you need. Kitchen area very practical. The staff is very friendly, responsive and helpful!"

"Beds were comfortable and clean, however the room had multiple coffee-colored stains on the carpet, on the bed skirt, and drips down the wall. Additionally, the bathroom sink had a leak underneath and one of our towels was damp from it and a bit musty. When we went to reception to report the issue and request a new towel, there was a long line so we did without (we did check in on a Friday afternoon, so busy was expected). "Rooms were a good size but basic in terms of fittings. We found lifts easy to get. Very good location. Public transport to city centre was very convient. Plus local supmarket. Very good breakfast, nice afternoon treat lovely dinner arrangement. Staff always Very helpful. But they need to clean, windows ledge. Next visit would stay here again."

"Very kind and informed staff. Stocked kitchens. Cozy communal room and outdoor garden. Unfortunately, the rooms where not good. The carpet smelled AWFUL to the point I was afraid to unpack, in fear it'd seep into my clothes. 0 airflow so you couldn't air it out. Despite setting the heater to max, it simply wouldnt work 80% of the time. Very chilly in the mornings and had to use both bed's blankets. Had I been traveling with a partner, we would've had to sleep in multiple layers of clothes....

"Fantastic hotel. Staff were very friendly . Very easy to get anywhere from hotel Close to Liseburg and other attractions . Fika (cake and tea/coffee available Every afternoon)"

"Spacious well appointed apartment in central location."

"The hotel is right above the central station so connections are easy to anywhere in the city. The hotel is clean and the staff are kind. High traffic at breakfast (weekend) but I got my coffee. The rooms are clean, which is most important for me."
