"Great location Hotel and staff."

"The location is excellent, very close to the Huangpu River and major attractions, making it convenient for getting around. The hotel staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Unfortunately, our experience with the Grand Family Room was disappointing. The windows faced inward toward other rooms, so there was no natural light. This made the room feel quite dark, especially since the interior lighting was also very dim. We found the photos to be somewhat misleading in this...

"部屋はとてもベットが大きく最高です。スタッフもどうにか日本語で話そうと通訳機を使ってくれます。食事は外でしたのでわかりません。近くにマックや、スタバ、レストラン、コンビニも有り、駅も近いので最終日は雨でしたが少し濡れる程度でした。トータルでは９０点の高得点です！"

"Great staff at hotel good levels of English spoken. Good selection of food and drinks. Nice area of Shanghai short metro ride into main tourist area and the power station is close by showcasing modern art. Also a great bar near by call the Tiny bar very welcoming and friendly to all customers "

"The hotel staffs were extremely helpful and nice! Especially the doormen were super nice with the taxi and handling the luggages. When we called Didi, they talked to the Chinese drivers and explained everything. The hotel was very close to the Yu garden and the metro station."

"The hotel is a beautiful property but our room was not cleaned properly - crumbs were left by previous guests and were still there when we left after 2 nights (with maid services during our stay!). The temperature control for the shower also did not work well. The gym was small but clean. Breakfast buffer was a bit disappointing in terms of variety and quality."

"This hotel was amazing. The tub was huge. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. But the best part was the staff. When I arrived I was suffering from a migraine and very sick. They were incredibly helpful bringing my bags to my room and getting me extra water bottles and asking if I needed anything else. I will absolutely stay here again. "

"Excellent location for the Bund, for the tourist with only a couple of days this places you in the center of it all. The property provides the essentials for a comfortable stay and security, good breakfast. The lobby bar is not really a bar that I prefer for a proper cocktail or beer/wine. I found for my couples day in the area, I wanted to get off the street and crowds for a drink and seat back and relax but generally I didn't find that in the area. "
