Welcome to our peaceful and private home, ideal for large groups of friends or multiple families looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay. Nestled in a serene location, our spacious home is designed with your comfort in mind, offering two expansive living areas, a fully equipped kitchen, cozy bedrooms, and beautiful outdoor spaces.

Conveniently located within walking distance to local shops and parks, you'll have easy access to everything you need – whether it's grabbing a quick bite, picking up essentials, or enjoying a leisurely stroll in nearby green spaces.

Master Bedroom 1

Queen Bed: A spacious, serene retreat perfect for a restful night’s sleep.

Each room features a comfortable queen bed and built-in wardrobes, providing plenty of space to unwind after a day of exploration.

Equipped with 2 single beds, this room is perfect for kids or friends. It also offers plenty of cupboard storage.

Bedroom 5

King Bed: A big and spacious room, offering the perfect haven for relaxation. This room is ideal for those who want extra space and comfort during their stay.

2 Modern Bathrooms: The master bedroom includes an ensuite, while the shared bathroom has a relaxing bath and a separate toilet for extra convenience.

Sunroom/Study Room:

A light-filled space perfect for reading, relaxing on the day bed, or working remotely with a study desk – ideal for a holiday while keeping up with work.

Kitchen & Dining:

Bright and airy, this space is perfect for family meals and entertaining friends. We also have a kitchen bench with bar stools for 4 – great for quick meals or casual chats.

Fully Equipped Kitchen: Featuring a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, gas cooktop, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and cooking utensils.

Living Areas:

Living Room 1: A bright and spacious area with comfortable seating and a garden view. Perfect for game nights or simply relaxing together.

Living Room 2: A second entertainment room with a 55-inch Smart TV and comfortable leather sofas, seating up to 10 people. It also has a split Air-conditioning and heating system, ensuring year-round comfort. This area also opens up to the outdoor area seamlessly.

Outdoor Lounge Area:

Enjoy cozy evenings in our seating area with a gas heater, perfect for unwinding after a busy day.

Our garage is currently not accessible as we still have personal belongings in there. However we have 2 parking available along our drive way and ample of street parking. It is a gated house and a very safe community.
You are staying in a friendly and peaceful neighbourhood and we kindly ask you to respect the community and your surrounding neighbours.

The following strict House Rules apply :-
No loud noise between 10 pm and 8 am.
No parties or antisocial behaviour.
No additional people are to access the property without prior approval.
No smoking is allowed in the property at any times.
If you break/ruined something, please let us know immediately.

Please be aware that excessive noise such as amplified music, vocals or screaming or anti-social behaviour in the property or common areas can cause neighbours to complain to us, the Building Manager, Council Rangers or Police.

Noise, Occupancy & Smoke Monitor Policy

For the safety and comfort of all guests and our neighbours, we have installed noise, occupancy, and smoke monitoring devices throughout the property. These devices help us ensure that the space is being used responsibly and in accordance with our house rules.

Important:

Guests are not allowed to tamper with, remove, or turn off these devices.
We receive live reports from these devices, and any attempt to interfere with them will be taken very seriously.
If we find that you have tampered with or disabled any of these devices, we reserve the right to immediately remove you from the property without refund.
In addition, a fine of $1,000 will be charged for any violation.
We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in helping us maintain a safe and pleasant environment for all guest and our community.
