Just a 6-minute walk to the beach and a 8-minute drive to rejuvenating hot springs, this spacious retreat is perfect for families or groups. Comfortably accommodating up to 13 guests (Please ensure all guests, including adults and children, are included in the reservation. A $50 fee per additional guest per night applies after the 6th guest.)

"Our house policy allows guests aged 21 and over to stay. Guests under 21 may be considered upon request and with our prior approval, provided certain conditions are met:
$1,000 refundable payment for stays of 1–2 nights
$3,000 refundable payment for weekly stays
$5,000 refundable payment for stays longer than one week
These payments are separate from the nightly accommodation rate and are fully refundable after checkout, provided no damage has occurred."

• Alfresco Area: Covered outdoor dining space with a Weber Family Q BBQ, bar fridge, and sun lounge bed. •
Driveway & Garage: Single car garage and two driveway parking spots are available for your vehicles. Please feel free to make yourself at home, but note that any locked storage or maintenance cupboards are for private use only. • No Parties: Our home is not suitable for parties or events of any kind.
• No Bucks, Hens Nights, or Schoolies: We strictly do not allow these types of bookings to maintain a safe and respectful environment.
• Quiet Enjoyment Only: Please keep noise to a minimum, especially during nighttime hours, to respect our neighbours and the tranquility of the area. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us create a calm and welcoming space for all guests.
Important: Breaching any of these rules may result in immediate eviction and/or a fine.
Security Cameras & Property Protection
For the safety of our guests and the property, we have three external CCTV cameras located:
At the front yard, overlooking the driveway
In the backyard
On the side of the house
Additionally, the doorbell is equipped with a camera.
All cameras are positioned for external security purposes only and do not intrude on guest privacy.
Tampering with, covering, or damaging any camera will incur a $1,000 fine per camera.
Any other damage to the property during your stay will be charged according to the cost of repair or replacement.
Internet Access
We provide complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi for our guests. While we do our best to ensure a reliable connection, please note that occasional slow speeds or dropouts may occur, which are beyond our control.
