Welcome to our tranquil retreat nestled at the foothills of Mt. Dandenong!
Perfectly positioned as a gateway to the best that Melbourne has to offer, this property serves as an ideal base for travellers seeking to explore the diverse attractions of both the city and the surrounding natural wonders.

Our stunning home boasts 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, providing ample space for up to 10 guests to unwind and recharge after a day full of adventure.
As you enter, you are greeted by a sense of spaciousness and refinement that sets the tone for the entire residence.With its thoughtfully designed layout and comfortable furnishings, this residence offers a cozy retreat for families, friends, or groups traveling together.
Each bedroom is tastefully appointed with plush comfortable bedding, ensuring a restful night's sleep for every guest.
The two well-appointed bathrooms feature modern amenities and ample space, allowing guests to refresh and rejuvenate with ease. Whether you're preparing for a day of exploration or unwinding after a day of sightseeing, these bathrooms provide a private oasis for relaxation.
The heart of this home is undoubtedly its luxurious kitchen, where no expense has been spared in crafting a space that is as functional as it is beautiful. It's worth noting that while the entire house is at your disposal, there is a self-contained unit adjacent to the kitchen, separated by a door which is not accessible. Our home has ducted heating throughout and split system air-conditioner in the living area

We have a few steps to the entrance, hence our place is not wheelchair friendly.

The base house price is based on 6 guests sharing 3 rooms, otherwise extra guests fee applies.
Please select the right amount of guests when making your reservation or you might be paying a lot more and extra cleaning fee.
There is an extra $40 for each extra guest per night, if more than 6 guests.
Our space can accommodate up to 10 guests with extra bedding and linen provided. Extra bedding for extra guests would be two sofa double beds in the living.
You are staying in a friendly and peaceful neighbourhood and we kindly ask you to respect the community and your surrounding neighbours.

The following strict House Rules apply :-
No loud noise between 10 pm and 8 am.
No parties or antisocial behaviour.
No additional people are to access the property without prior approval.
No pets are allowed in the property without approval.
No smoking is allowed in the property at any times.
If you break/ruined something, please let us know immediately.

Please be aware that excessive noise such as amplified music, vocals or screaming or anti-social behaviour in the property or common areas can cause neighbours to complain to us, the Building Manager, Council Rangers or Police.

Noise, Occupancy & Smoke Monitor Policy

For the safety and comfort of all guests and our neighbours, we have installed noise, occupancy, and smoke monitoring devices throughout the property. These devices help us ensure that the space is being used responsibly and in accordance with our house rules.

Important:

Guests are not allowed to tamper with, remove, or turn off these devices.
We receive live reports from these devices, and any attempt to interfere with them will be taken very seriously.
If we find that you have tampered with or disabled any of these devices, we reserve the right to immediately remove you from the property without refund.
In addition, a fine of $1,000 will be charged for any violation.
We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in helping us maintain a safe and pleasant environment for all guest and our community.
