Two generous living areas make it easy for everyone to enjoy the holiday at their own pace, with the main lounge centred around a gas fireplace and the second offering a quieter retreat for reading, movies or children's entertainment. A generous dining area sits alongside the spacious kitchen, where an oversized island, quality appliances and ample preparation space make cooking for larger groups effortless.

Outside, the heated private pool glimmers beneath the open sky, setting the scene for slow, sun-soaked afternoons. Sink into a sun lounger and let your gaze drift across the leafy, elevated outlook, with the coastal breeze drifting gently through. As night falls, fire up the BBQ and gather around the alfresco dining table on the spacious deck. The backyard is fully fenced and features an outdoor shower for washing off after a day at the beach.

The primary bedroom offers a queen bed, a walk-in wardrobe, a peaceful sitting nook and an ensuite with a double vanity and rainfall shower. The second bedroom also features a queen bed, while the third offers two single beds that can be configured into one king upon request. The fourth bedroom includes a double-over-single bunk and a single bed, making it ideal for kids or friends. The main bathroom features a freestanding bath and separate shower, while a well-equipped laundry with a washing machine and dryer ensures convenience for an extended stay.

Ducted heating and central evaporative cooling ensure year-round comfort. Driveway and garage parking are available for up to four vehicles.

Please note: The pool is heated from December to Easter. If you'd like the pool heated outside of these dates, this can be arranged on request for an additional fee.
