Booked a family weekend away to celebrate our Dad and Pa's 80th birthday. We had a lovely weekend hanging together, thank you. The games room in the garage was a hit with the nephews. The dog loved the secure garden sniffs. And the house had everything we needed including a big screen TV for movie and football viewing. Short drive to the beach and local shops or a nice walk. Only other comment for consideration, the stairs are a little slippery when damp and have limited hand holds for older people and energetic children alike. Otherwise recommended.

We had a wonderful stay in Rye and couldn’t fault the place. The house was spotless, very comfortable, and had excellent amenities — everything we needed for a relaxing break. The location is fantastic and made getting around really easy, whether you’re a family with kids or a group of friends. The host was great to deal with, very responsive and flexible, and check-in was simple and stress-free. We also really appreciated the starter supplies, which was a thoughtful touch.Overall, a great spot for a weekend getaway. We’d happily stay again and would definitely recommend it.

A great house. Just a short drive to the beach. Plenty of space for 4 adults and one teenager. We loved that we could all sit in the lounge area and at the dining table together.

Great property, really stunning and perfect for a getaway! We had a few issues with supplies (not enough dishwasher tabs, no salt, no hand towels, only one tea towel, no shower gel in one shower) which made the stay a little less convenient, but overall our stay was very comfortable.

The place was beyond fantastic and suited our large group of 9 perfectly. The host was understanding and kind regarding our group size (no other accommodation would accept a group of this size), ensuring our satisfaction and comfort throughout the stay. I would 100% recommend staying here!!!
