The home offers two separate living areas, giving everyone space to unwind, along with split system heating and cooling to ensure year-round comfort. Whether you’re relaxing with a movie on one of the two Smart TVs or enjoying time together after a day out, the home provides a comfortable and practical base for your stay.

With a flexible bedding setup, it’s perfectly suited for families, while the double garage provides secure off-street parking and added convenience.

Set directly opposite a park, the home is perfect for families with children, offering open space right at your doorstep. You’re also just a short drive to Rosebud’s beautiful bay beaches, local cafés, shops and everything the Mornington Peninsula has to offer.

Pet friendly with prior arrangement.

We welcome guests to book that are going to use the property respectfully. We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm we ask you to move inside with no noise to the neighbours. We love our neighbours and want to look after them.

Your booking is for the whole property. Shortly before your arrival date you will be provided with details on how to access the property. Linen, bath towels and starter amenities are provided for your convenience.

Sorry no bucks and absolutely no schoolies bookings of any kind, not even quiet ones :)
