Ocean Retreat is designed to meet all your needs. The home comfortably sleeps 6 guests across 3 elegantly furnished bedrooms. Bedroom 1 features a luxurious king bed with a private ensuite, including a modern shower and toilet. Bedroom 2 offers another king bed for plush comfort, while Bedroom 3 is equipped with two single beds, perfect for children or friends. Additionally, a second full bathroom with a bath, shower, and toilet is ideal for unwinding after a day at the beach.

Ocean Retreat is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Enjoy family meals or entertaining at the dining table that seats 8 or cozy up by the gas fireplace on cooler evenings. The fully equipped kitchen includes a coffee machine, kettle, microwave, and dishwasher, ensuring that meal preparation is a breeze. For entertainment, you'll find a stereo, DVDs, books, and games to keep everyone entertained.

Laundry facilities, including a washing machine, iron, and ironing board, are available for your convenience, along with extra blankets for added comfort. Safety features such as a fire extinguisher and blanket, a highchair for families with young children, and a parking space are all provided to make your stay as smooth as possible.

The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants so we only rent to mature guests that will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house is to be used for relaxation-style holidaying, loud parties are prohibited.

GUEST ACCESS
This coastal retreat comfortably accommodates 6 guests across 3 beautifully appointed bedrooms. Please see the layout below.

Bedroom 1: 1 x King Bed
Bedroom 2: 1 x King Bed
Bedroom 3: 2 x Single Beds

Included in the home: doona, doona cover, pillows and bath mats.

What to bring: fitted sheets, flat sheets, pillowcases, beach towels, bath towels, tea towels and hand towels.

Guests have the choice of:

BYO Linen / Towels - Guests bring their own fitted, sheets, flat sheets and pillowcases for each bed. Guests also bring their beach, bath and tea towels along with hand towels and bathmats. Refer to the home’s description for the bedding configurations.

Linen Set Hire - Guests can hire a full linen set for $30 per bed which includes a fitted sheet, flat sheet and pillowcases. Bunk beds are classed as two beds. All beds are the same price.

Towel Set Hire - Guests can hire a towel set for $10 per person which includes 1 bath towel and 2 tea towels (for only the first ordered towel set).

Bathroom Set Hire - Guests can hire a bathroom set for $10 per bathroom which includes a bathmat and hand towel.

Delivery Fee - If any items are hired, there will be a one-off delivery/set-up fee of $40.

If the stay is longer than 7 days, ask management for any additional pricing. For linen or towel hires, advise Ready Set Stay with 48 hours' notice as last-minute requests may not be possible. Lost or damaged hired linen/towels may incur costs. Ready Set Stay will assume no linen or towel sets are requested for hire unless advised.

We ask all guests to please clean the BBQ after use, or a $50 fee will be charged.

Access details will be available for you to enter directly at the home. Unfortunately, we do not get a chance to meet, but this provides a simple and convenient way for you to enter and depart the home easily. We can be contacted via the booking platform anytime during your stay, and we will send you our office number if you need us urgently. We want to ensure your stay is enjoyable. Thank you.

NEIGHBOURHOOD
The neighbourhood is safe and family friendly. Your guest guidebook/house manual (linked in your welcome message) also includes recommendations on things to do in the area, dining options, and local attractions. A QR code for the manual is also available at the property. If you need any guidance, reach out to our team, we are happy to help.

There is parking available for your stay. We can provide parking information if required. Please ask us any questions.

ADDITIONAL RULES
Strictly no schoolies, parties or events. Mature guests only. The property is patrolled by security. If neighbours complain or the police are called this could affect your bond and we the reserve right to evict guests.

Booking reservations can only be confirmed once the verification process has been completed.
