    ENTRY LEVEL, GROUND FLOOR
    Large spacious open plan living area, comfy couches, television, billiard table, sliding doors opening out to the front yard and back yard with beautiful lawn areas, fruit trees and herb gardens.

    Bedroom 4 with queen bed and 2 single bunk beds, sleeping up to 6.
    Bedroom 5 with 2 single beds, sleeping 2.
    Laundry with washing machine and dryer and a second large refrigerator.
    Large walk in shower, separate vanity and a separate toilet.

    FIRST LEVEL
    Stairs to the large open plan living area, couches, fire place, reverse cycle air-conditioner and ceiling fans,
    dining table and chairs, fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel benches, ample cupboards, refrigerator, microwave, pod coffee machine, gas hot plate burners, under bench oven and the essential staples.
    Light, bright and airy with high ceilings, windows that provide plenty of visual interest, including the regular visiting bird life. An outdoor entertaining area with table and chairs, umbrella and BBQ provides the essential alfresco dining experience.

    Bedroom 1 with a queen bed, reverse cycle air-conditioner and TV.
    Bedroom 2 with a queen bed and reverse cycle air-conditioner and TV.
    Bedroom 3 with a queen bed and reverse cycle air-conditioner.
    Family bathroom with a vanity, bathtub, shower and a separate toilet.

    LINEN
    A full linen and bathroom linen package is provided with every booking for as many confirmed guests. BYO Beach Towels.

    Your Pet is considered by application only. A description of your pet is required. Breed, Size, Age. Do not book then advise as we do not wish to disappoint if your pet is not approved by our owner. Pet Stay Fee applies. Property is fenced and secure.

    A Security deposit of $1500 will be held on your stored Credit Card and pre authorised the day prior to arrival.

Perfect family getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had such a wonderful time at Ossett in Sorrento. The house is equipped with all you could want for a fantastic family getaway. There are too many things to mention but there are super comfortable beds, big back yard for cricket, pool table, meals deck and just a stones throw to the main street so the kids could walk everywhere. Looking forward to returning next year.

Brilliant location - the perfect house for us!

We spent a wonderful New Year’s week with our teenage kids and their friends at this lovely home. The house was perfectly located, walking distance to Sorrento Main St and both back and front beach as well as the footy oval. There was plenty of space for parents to have their area upstairs and for the kids and activities downstairs. The house and especially the Kitchen was well equipped. We had a great time. Thanks for having us. No complaints. It was perfect for us.

The space was well designed, practical, and thoughtfully equipped, particularly the kitchen, which was of high quality.The location was excellent and allowed us to walk everywhere without needing a car, which added to the convenience of the experience. The layout suited our group well, offering both shared areas and private space.The environment was bright and comfortable throughout the day, with a few added features that enhanced our stay. We would recommend it without hesitation.

Location Location Location

Lovely spacious home with a great back yard. Walking distance to everything. Everything was in good condition and working order. Beds were comfortable and linen was good quality. We are a big family and the spaciousness of the house was perfect.
