Guests are welcome to use all areas shown in the photos. This is the owner’s family home, lovingly maintained over the years, so we kindly ask that you treat it with care and keep it clean throughout your stay.



Other Things to Note:

— Sofabed and occupants —

We provide sofabed bedding for groups of more than 7 guests. If you would like to use the sofabed, please let us know in advance so we can prepare the bedding and towels for you.

This is a new listing, and we’re regularly updating the décor and supplies in the home. However, some items may run out quickly. If you notice anything that could be improved, please let our hosts know—we’ll do our best to support you right away. — Parking —

The garage provides secure parking for up to two cars. Free street parking with no time limits is available directly in front of the house. The street is wide and can easily fit up to five cars. *Please note that parking in the driveway or not fully parking your vehicle inside the garage is strictly prohibited, as it may block the neighbour’s access. If your car is too large to fit in the garage, please use street parking instead. Failure to follow this rule may result in penalties.*



— Slippers and toliteries —

For eco-friendly reasons, this home does not provide disposable slippers or personal toiletries such as toothbrushes and toothpaste. However, we do provide shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for your convenience. Thank you for supporting our efforts to reduce waste and protect the environment 🌿



— Council Rubbish Collection Guidelines —

Please be aware that the local council enforces strict regulations regarding waste disposal. Kindly adhere to the following rules:

1. The red bin is for general waste only. All rubbish must be securely wrapped in bags before disposal.

2. The yellow bin is for recyclable materials only.



Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in fines of up to $500.



— Slight leakage near the window area —

Recently, we noticed a small spot in the living room near the window area showing slight leakage during heavy rain. We are currently investigating the issue and arranging repairs. Please note this is minor and will not affect your stay.
