Martha’s View is designed for luxurious coastal living. Spread across two levels, the home makes the most of its elevated position with sweeping bay views from the main living and dining areas. From sunrise colour shows to glassy evening sunsets, the outlook is the star of the experience.
The heart of the home is the kitchen, dining, and living zone. The kitchen is fully equipped with quality appliances, generous bench space, cookware, and everything needed to host long lunches or relaxed family dinners. The long dining table comfortably seats large groups, making it an ideal home for multi-generational stays or weekends away with friends.
Wall to wall windows frame the water views, and doors connect seamlessly to the terrace: perfect for morning coffee, sunset drinks, or alfresco dining with the sea breeze.
Each of the five bedrooms is light, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged to give everyone their own space to retreat. Bathrooms are spotlessly clean, modern, and stocked with hotel-quality essentials.

These homes sit within peaceful residential communities. Please keep noise to a minimum at all times and strictly observe quiet hours after 9 pm.

We ask all guests to treat the home with respect: • Report any accidental damage immediately. • Avoid moving furniture where possible. • Do not bring indoor furniture outside. • Keep doors and windows secured when leaving the home.
Kitchen Use
You are welcome to cook and enjoy the kitchen. Please leave it tidy, with dishes washed and returned to their place.
Rubbish & Recycling
Bins are provided for general waste and recycling. If your stay includes bin night, we may kindly ask you to place bins kerbside for collection.
Security & Safety
For the safety of all guests and the property: • Lock all doors and windows when you leave. • Do not tamper with smoke alarms, safety equipment, or external security cameras. • Use appliances, heating and cooling responsibly.
Damage, Cleaning & Additional Charges
Any breaches of these house rules, excessive cleaning, missing items or unreported damage may result in charges applied in accordance with our Booking Agreement and Airbnb policies.
