You will have nothing but an abundance of space to entertain all your family & friends. The pool, sunlounges, casual table and chairs, portico ceiling fan, outdoor dining table & chairs, umbrella & BBQ. The backyard is fully fenced & gated. A tasteful palette of furnishings & appliances are meticulously appointed in the kitchen, meals & living areas. The gourmet kitchen is a pleasure to utilise, so much space, cupboards, equipped with quality appliances and accessories. The adjoining butlers pantry is a superb bonus for extra preparation. A large dining table to seat 12.
The open plan area is cooled by a split system air-conditioner, the living area provides comfort with a leather modular lounge facing the warming gas wall mounted fireplace, delightful in the cooler months, the reverse side of this room provides a second living area with a second lounge suite, fireplace & a large wall mounted smart TV. Wi-Fi is provided.
Adjoining the butlers pantry is the fully equipped laundry with washing machine, dryer, storage & cleaning appliances.

A Security deposit of $1500 will be held on your stored Credit Card and pre authorised the day prior to arrival.
