1. All outdoor areas are off-limits after 10:30 PM (this includes decks, balconies spas & pools)
2. No loud music and/or loud activities which can disturb neighbours at any time.
3. Only the number of guests specified in your booking is allowed unless prior approval is given.
4. The maximum amount of guests allowed on the property at any time during the day or night is 9.
5. Please park in designated parking on the property. No parking on the street or on nature strips/sidewalks.

We loved Jasmine’s Cottage. It worked perfectly for us - as a multi-generational family group. The house was a total delight with really comfortable beds, a great living area and plenty of space for all. Totally recommend it.

Well Stocked Home with Great Pool

Spent Christmas 2024 here with 2 kids and 2 grandparents. Pool was warm, home was well stocked, plenty of places to sleep. Everyone enjoyed themselves. It a bit pricey and far enough away that you have to drive to most things, but would recommend it for anyone that wants to mostly hang out and relax.
