This stunning Rosebud retreat with sweeping 180-degree views from Melbourne city to the iconic McCrae lighthouse and across Port Phillip Bay all the way out to Bass Strait. By day the views are breathtaking, and by night they transform into a dazzling display of twinkling lights that make you feel like you’re on top of the world.

This spacious 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home sleeps up to 8 guests and offers the perfect blend of relaxation, comfort, and family fun. With two generous living areas, a fully equipped kitchen, and year-round heating and cooling, the home is designed for both family entertaining and unwinding. Three furnished balconies and an upstairs sundeck with loungers provide multiple spots to soak in the incredible outlook. For families, the outdoor area includes a trampoline, sand pit, and soccer goals – perfect for keeping kids entertained. Driveway parking is available for up to three cars.

The highlight of the property is the heated mineral salt spa, where you can relax while gazing over the bay. The spa ihas a mineral salt chlorinator which offers softer, silkier water with less skin, eye, and hair irritation, reduced chlorine odour, with less-chemicals required to maintain so it is more eco-friendly.

Nature lovers will be delighted by the local wildlife. A family of kangaroos lives just across Hove Road, often grazing at dawn and dusk. They are gentle and can be quietly admired from a distance – please drive carefully at these times to ensure their safety. Echidnas, kookaburras, lorikeets, and cockatoos are also regular visitors, making your stay feel even more connected to nature.

When it comes to location, Horizons on Hove is ideally placed for both bay and ocean adventures. It’s just a 7-minute drive to Rosebud or McCrae bay beaches for family-friendly swimming, and around 15 minutes to Rye Ocean Beach or Gunnamatta for surf lovers. From the property, you also have direct walking access to Arthurs Seat National Park and the Two Bays Trail, perfect for mountain biking, bushwalking, and exploring.

We welcome guests to book that are going to use the property respectfully. We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm we ask you to move inside with no noise to the neighbours. We love our neighbours and want to look after them.
