The fully equipped, light-filled kitchen is a gourmet chef's delight and flows seamlessly to the open plan living and dining area. The ambiance is welcoming in every season of the year, with a warm open fire place/central heating in winter and air-conditioning/ceiling fans in the heat of summer. This home comprises 3 spacious bedrooms: the master has its own ensuite and there is also a central family bathroom.
The property includes fully landscaped gardens with an alfresco entertaining area, in ground trampoline and a hammock.
The kids will also love the separate living area at the rear of the property to play billiards or table tennis or relax in the lounge.
