Recently renovated, 2 large bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 living room beach house has everything you need for an enjoyable getaway, including heating and cooling throughout, Wi-Fi, Washing Machine, Dryer, Iron, 4K Smart TV & Blu-Ray Player.

Enjoy beautiful views of Port Phillip Bay but still only a 2 minute drive or 15 minute walk to the beach and shops.

Parking off street for up to 3 cars, including a single car garage.

Dromana is a beautiful town with plenty to see and do for people of all ages and interests. It's a great place to base yourself due to the close proximity to a bunch of attractions.

There's an abundance of wineries - many with chef's hatted restaurants. Plus there's Arthur's Seat Eagle (chairlift), Dromana Drive-In, Peninsula Hot Springs, Enchanted Adventure Garden, Jackalope Sculpture Park, breweries, rum and gin distilleries, Red Hill market, championship golf courses, surf beaches and bay beach. Dromana also boasts one the best IGA's in the State.

We were very happy with our accomodation and the instructions from Clinton were very clear. My only suggestion is that the steps leading down to the driveway felt somewhat unsafe. A handle would have been good, as I am 75. A great house.

Great location in a central spot on the Peninsula, with a delightful outlook to the bay and the Melbourne skyline in the distance. The house was well-equipped for a self-catered stay and the flow from kitchen/dining to lounge, bedrooms and bathroom worked well. Good to have a roomy laundry and stand-alone toilet as well.

Premium view plus

Fantastic spot, the view alone is worth a stay. Small but well appointed and super clean, this house has just about everything you’d want from a vacation house. The beds varied from soft and plush to firm and supportive, to suit just about anyone. Comfort touches like lovely Sheridan towels were highly appreciated. The kitchen was well stocked, and we loved the Nespresso pod machine, yum! The freeway is close by and while we could hear it, the noise was never too disturbing and the proximity just made it super easy to get anywhere. And the Dromana beach, shops and eateries are so close and easy to get to as well. The only negative we had was the too short duration of our stay. Hope to be back for a longer stay in the not too distant future.

The property is very well equipped, super clean and in a great location. Off street parking is great to have but the access via poorly designed steps is the only low point of our stay.

Fantastic Location

We were very impressed on arrival as to the presentation of the property. Everything was spotless, served our needs perfectly and was very cosy and comfortable. My only comment would be that as two of us have issues with bad ankles and hips we found the steps approaching the unit a bit daunting and were a little difficult to manoeuvre as there was no way of holding onto anything for balance. I actually went across the lawn and onto the road to get to the driveway. But apart from that everything else was fabulous. Would not hesitate in staying there again in the future. Thanks Clinton for your assistance and also wanted to mention that the key pad entry was fabulous as we didn't need to know who had the key (or if we could remember who had it!!! Hahaha) Again thanks for a great experience, the location served our purpose and we were in very close proximity of everything we were there for. Again my thanks. Julie
