    Driftwood Retreat is a lovely beach style holiday home walking distance to the beach and shopping centre. This family friendly property features a large secure backyard with undercover entertainment area with gas BBQ, TV and an outdoor shower.

    The house has a comfortable lounge area with Wifi and Netflix. Offering a gas log fire, ducted heating in bedrooms and air-conditioning in lounge making this Rosebud retreat the perfect all year round destination.

    We offer a complimentary 4pm check out on Sundays to get the most out of your weekend away in the off-peak season*
    *This is pending availability and excludes Dec, Jan, school holidays and long weekends.

    A cot and high chair are available to hire at the house for use if needed during your stay. Please request on booking and BYO linen for cot.

    Pets:
    The backyard is fully fenced and we welcome pets at our property. They are also welcome to stay inside accompanied, though is required you clean up after your pets.
    Pets are also not allowed on the furniture.

    Groups:
    This property is suitable for families, couples and large groups.
    We do not accept schoolies bookings at this house, please ask us about our other properties that do.


    Bookings:
    Accommodation check-in and check-out time during the week is negotiable, dependent on the booking dates of other guests

    Pricing:
    Base price is for 4 guests and increases $20 per person per total nights booked for your stay plus Airbnb and levy fees.
    Please ensure you advise the total guests numbers when you book, you can also adjust your guest numbers by contacting the team prior to your stay.

    This property is central to everything in Rosebud and is walking distance to the beach and shops.

    Rosebud and the surrounding Mornington Peninsula have a-lot to offer including beautiful bay and ocean beaches, wineries, amazing restaurants, hot springs, family activities and local markets.

    There is something for everyone to so all year around and is the perfect short or long stay holiday destination.

Great beach house

The property had everything we needed in a very convenient location. The house was nicely appointed with a modern but beachy feel. We found it very comfortable and it suited our family of 4 perfectly. We wouldn't hesitate to come back.

Respite recovery

Clean and comfortable property, looks exactly like the photos. Not great for a wheelchair but we made it work. Great location and the management promptly answers questions.

We had a great time

We enjoyed our stay. The property is centrally located and close to the beach. It has everything you need except I couldn't find the iron, only the ironing board. The blankets that are left the cabinet were a little on the musty side too and they need a freshen up, otherwise it was a great stay.

Driftwood Retreat

A beautiful property located nice and close to the local shopping centre, beach and so many lovely restaurants. The house and garden was clean and well maintained. It had everything that you needed for a short stay. Communication with staff was terrific and they were always so prompt and pleasant with their replies. Highly recommend.

Beautiful mini holiday

We stayed for 3 nights in this beautiful cozy house . Great space for a family with furry children like us with large lounge room and backyard. When we arrived the heater was on which was nice as it was cold outside. The bed sheets - so soft ! We had a great night sleep every night . Overall ,we have had a very enjoyable stay. Thank you ❤️

Peaceful neighbourhood. House had everything we needed, except a dishwasher oddly. Beds very comfortable. Plenty of crockery and cutlery for large groups. Awesome outdoor area with tv. Very bright and clean. Lovely welcome popcorn and chocolate was a nice touch. Will return for sure

A very welcoming home

We Love the house. Amazing back yard. quiet area. Great position walk to shops and beach. Well set up and Very clean, but unusual not to have a dishwasher. The negitives were as we are more on the senior side the king bed was quiet high and the person using this had to almost jump up on to it. The other beds queens did have queen bunks on top so also not easy to get into as limited area to access bed. No room for bed side table or lamp. But we would of been aware of this at booking. But didnt realise how restricting this would be. And the main gas heater and conection in the living area did make me nervous, if I had a young children or a dog. We would probably stay again as so many positives. Thanks.

Great location, nice living/kitchen and large outdoor area

Clean on arrival and very easy to check-in. We were a group of 5 adults with a baby and dogs. Living/kitchen/dining is large and well equipped, with plenty of room for our group. There was also a large undercover area outside as well as a very big backyard - great for our dogs, and I could imagine also perfect for kids to play. Bedrooms were fine for a holiday, and bathroom/laundry also adequate. 10 minute walk to the Rosebud foreshore as well as the Rosebud shopping centre - very convenient! Enjoyed our stay and would come again.

Nice and clean and plenty of room

Plenty of room for everyone !! Close to shops and great cafe near the beach . Close to hot springs . Port Nepean National Park is amazing if you have bicycles or up for a good walk . Thanks Michelle , a great clean comfortable home .

Beautiful retreat

We had such a lovely stay, with every detail seen to. The backyard was so relaxing and it was a treat to have our dog along for the trip as well. The only negative feedback I would give would be the iron...it was very old and it spat out dirty water and stained my boyfriends white shirt that he was wearing to the wedding. Like some of the reviews before, can agree the beds are so so comfortable. Overall we Really enjoyed our stay, we’ll be back!!
