A simple beach bungalow 300 metres to the bay beach on a flat fully fenced block with electric gate. There is plenty of room for two cars to park on the blogs I as well as parking in the street.
The home has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, front and back decking areas as well as a large grassed area in both the front and rear.
We welcome you to bring your pets as long as you pick up after them.
The home is a 60's retro shack with both heating and air conditioning. There is a large outdoor table on the back deck with gas bbq. The street is not a thorough fare so it is quiet and private even in the busiest of holiday periods. It is exactly 1km (10 minute walk) to the Blairgowrie shopping village.
