"This house was perfect for us and had everything we needed! It was very clean and we felt safe. One very minor complaint is the beds had no top sheet on them. That was very odd for us. Other than that it was great! "

"We enjoyed our stay and the owner was helpful and courteous. Even with whole house rental portions (rooms) of the property are not included however, which was not communicated up front. This fact would not stop us from renting this property again though."

"The owner was good with communication. We ran out of TP and she brought some right over to us. Nice but minimally furnished. There is no blender that i saw. Dishes were minimal. No serving/mixing bowls baking dishes etc. I was surprised that a property that promotes its coastal location did not have any beach stuff (towels, chairs, umbrella). Also there is only comfortable seating for 2 in the living room. Renter should know that the house is right on a busy road that had a lot of emergency...

"spacious. Great for a large group. The description on the website is accurate. The dining room is a little funky and that is located directly inside the front door and the furnishings are a little different from usual. our children and grandchildren had a great trip to the nearby beach. The barbecue grill was extremely clean and well-maintained, a definite plus although missing barbecue tools. kitchen was great and the beds were fine. I called this a solid 5. A special shout out to the cleaning...

"Truly an Oasis This was our 2nd vacation at Tropical Oasis. We are outdoor people and we love this place! The backyard is truly amazing! We spent all our time outside enjoying the pool, playing pickle ball and corn hole, watching baseball games on the outdoor TV, relaxing on the comfortable outdoor furniture, and hot tubbing in the evening. We love the painted Melbourne mural on the side of the detached garage where we took lots of family photos!This house is very clean, comfortable, and fun!...

"Perfect house for our family of 5 and communication was above and beyond expectations. The hosts were flexible and easy to work with. They responded to every message I sent within 10 minutes. The home had everything we needed, including ample kitchen items for cooking. We enjoyed the pool and backyard and appreciated access to beach and pool gear. The layout of the home gave us all space to spread out and the decor was unique and fun. Overall 10/10 for us "
