Joshua was an exceptional host who truly exceeded our expectations. He answered all of our questions promptly, and the home had everything we could possibly need. We even forgot a baby gate for the stairs, and to our surprise, there was one waiting in the closet! From kitchen essentials to beach gear, the house was fully stocked and made our stay incredibly comfortable.
The fire pit was a hit! We roasted marshmallows and spent the evening hanging out under the lights.

The host was incredibly responsive and did everything they could to make sure we had a perfect stay! The house was perfect and had everything we needed (I think it was actually above and beyond as far as what was provided). Check-in and check-out were smooth and easy, we only wish we had found this place earlier in our daughter's college career at Florida Tech! Location was also great, with lots of restaurants nearby.

Easily one of the nicest rentals I've ever gotten. Close drive/walk to the beach and shopping (grocery/Starbuck). Amenities included made the trip (chairs, wagon, umbrella, toys, pool table, ping pong table, foosball table. Full kitchen and laundry. And super convenient to the neighborhood pool.

Lots of space near the beach

Our group of 8 (5 adults and 3 kids under 12) spent a week and there was lots of space for all of us while we visited family nearby for 4th of July. Very close to the beach, restaurants and grocery stores. Townhouse location is very convenient as it is across the street from the community pool. Really great to have a washer/dryer given the pool/beach/kids. Host was very helpful and responsive. Would definitely recommend.

Extremely nice home, accommodating our large family and had everything we needed. Convenient access to the pool in a wonderful area. The owner communicated very well prior to the stay and made us feel at home with a nice card left for us when we arrived.Should we come back to this area again, I will absolutely try to stay in this home again.Thank you!

Great stay in IHB

Absolutely loved the Saltwater House in IHB. House was very spacious and described accurately online. From the pool table and ping pong table to the firepit and many many more available amenities this house has it all! We will definitely stay here again when we come to town. Thank you Joshua & Niki for a great stay!

Melbourne Beach House

Our family of 8 spent a couple of days here for our Spring Break and there was more than enough room for everyone! Very close to the beach, restaurants and grocery stores. Convenient location across the street from the pool. The garage with the pool table, ping pong table & darts was a big hit with the kids (& father!). Owner was very helpful and responsive. Would definitely recommend!

Thanksgiving 2024

This was our second stay here! Our family gathers for Thanksgiving each year and we chose this location near our dad who lives in Melbourne. We loved walking to the beach, playing games in the garage and enjoying our Thanksgiving dinner on the back patio. Highly recommend for fun family gatherings!

Best Rental Ever!

If you are planning a stay in the Melbourne, FL area, this is the place for you. Super clean with all the accommodations that travelers welcome. It is always a challenge to find rentals large enough to accommodate our growing family. This one delivered with 5 spacious bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, laundry room, game room, patio area and more. The location was close to shopping, restaurants, Publix and the beach. The host was gracious and communicative. With family members living nearby, we will be staying here again.

Thanksgiving 2023

Our family gathered to celebrate Thanksgiving and had a wonderful time! Communication with Josh was easy and fast. We enjoyed all the amenities - we played darts, ping-pong, pool and cornhole, and we learned some new board games. We tried out both fire pits and the grill. We walked to to the beach and swam in the pool. We had plenty of space to spread out and enjoyed the large kitchen with all the dishes and utensils we needed to feed our group of twelve. We highly recommend The Saltwater House!
