Fully furnished private home on the Knoll. Available for Vacationers, Professionals, or Short-Term Stay.

Nicely landscaped fenced back yard and patio, carport and 1 car garage available parking for at least 2 cars.

Centrally located for local events and venues in the Rogue Valley which includes cities of Medford, Central Point, Ashland, Jacksonville, Talent/Phoenix and Grants Pass. Venues and Events like: Ashland’s Shakespeare Festival, Jacksonville’s Britt Festival, Central Point Expo (Has Fairs & Music Concerts, Car Shows, Beer & Wine Fests, Home Shows, RV Shows, you name it it’s probably there).

For the outdoor enthusiasts......Rogue River for the best fishing, rafting and Kayaking. Mt. Ashland for Skiing & Snowboarding (when the snow comes), trail bike riding or running. A bundle of lakes available for the water activities, Lost Creek Lake, Emigrant Lake, Lake of the Woods, Diamond Lake, and Crater Lake National Park.

Sport Events......Our local College SOU Raiders Football, The Medford Rogues for Baseball, Ducks in Eugene and Beavers in Corvallis, plus any local high school sports or Club Sports.

We are 7 hours to San Francisco, 5 Hours to Portland, about 5 hours to Reno, 3 Hours to Eugene and 2.5 Hours from the Picturesque Oregon Coast.

Exceeded Expectations

The property exceeded our expectations and that was after a rave review from friends. It was homey, comfortable, and clean. A bottle of wine and snacks were waiting for us. Nice touch. We were in awe of the whimsical decorations with such attention to detail. Kathie did a great job of communicating the details about our stay.

Nice location

The location is great-close to grocery and easy access to I5. The neighborhood was very quiet even though there are a lot of condos and single family homes on small lots; we felt safe even when arriving late at night. The house is clean and kitchen has necessary amenities. Our family enjoyed the nice selection of board games and the small outside area.

Great Place!

We used this place as a long term stay for a commercial remodel that was being done in town and it worked out perfect. Just the right size, well equipped and the host communicated well with me to schedule times to have it cleaned while we were there! Would definitely stay again!

Home Base Near National Parks and Wineries

This was the perfect home away from home while we visited wineries in the area and spent a day at Crater Lake National Park and a day at Redwood National and State Parks. We also went shopping at the Flagship Harry and David's store right down the road. This property is comfortable, exceptionally clean and a very nice neighborhood. Loved our stay!

Perfect for our needs!

My husband and I and our sweet niece, who graciously acted as our chauffeur, stayed at this very cute duplex while attending a family reunion/brother's BD celebration. There was plenty of space, the beds were comfortable, and the host had lots of unexpected "extras" awaiting us. The goody basket on the bar, bowl of candy on the coffee table, everything needed for coffee and tea, and the lovely fruit and cheese platter we were surprised to find in the fridge made it extra special. My niece was looking forward to trying the local wine that was provided with her husband when she got home. The location was very convenient to the freeway, my nephew's home, and any shopping we needed to do. I highly recommend this home.

Lovely & Thoughtful

Our host was lovely, as was her property! She was quick to respond when reached, and left thoughtful and informative notes around the house to aid us in our stay. If you haven’t checked out the giraffe paintings in the guest bedroom, you must. We were met with welcome treats upon arrival and wishes for safe travels home from her housekeeper. Location of property is convenient and quiet. Theme of the home is whimsical and sweet.

Family visit to SOU, wineries and Shakespeare

Place was neat and tidy. Used the washer/dryer, and BBQ, which all worked. ROKU TV is nice feature. House is near 3 grocery stores and many restaurant choices. Only downside is we are tall people so the queen bed was too soft for our size.

The Best Host and Comfortable Stay

We've stayed at this property at least one time per year for several years now. This trip we had some unforeseen circumstances happen that left us needing more time in the valley than we had anticipated. Kathie went so far above and beyond to help my family and accommodate our needs, she is truly the most amazing person. I also appreciate that we always know the house will be clean, there will be something special welcoming us when we arrive, and the space will be comfortable; like our home away from home.

Home away from home!

Kathie truly thinks of everything. The place had such nice decor it helped feel right at home. It was stocked with everything we could think of and then some. The location was great. Close to everything you could need shopping wise, but easy to get to other places to explore like Ashland and Jacksonville. Super cute, stay here not a hotel

My friend and I enjoyed our stay at this adorable duplex. The property manager is very attentive to detail with all the amenities, yummy snacks and adorable decor. This property is at a great location in Medford, too. I look forward to staying here again, even though I have family who live 30 minutes away, it will feel like a staycation. You won’t regret staying here!

Rescheduled trip

We had a trip planned, including staying at Zany Zoo, but had a death in the family at the last moment. Kathie was so gracious to offer a refund even though we were past the cancellation time, with the assurance from us that we would reschedule. We traveled the next month, and the stay was perfect. There were accommodations for the 18 month old, snacks and wine for the grownups, and a relaxing space to enjoy. We thoroughly enjoyed it. Thank you!
