"A great place to stay. Very clean and well kept. My wife used the word 'elegant' to describe the suite. The living area, bathroom, tub/shower, and bed were all top notch! Conveniently located right in town and close by to several beautiful State Parks in the area. Downtown Utica was great and all the local business were very accommodating and friendly. "The house was in a pleasant and quiet neighborhood. It was a charming old Sears model home that had been solidly updated. "The cabin was very cozy and so peaceful. We definitely enjoyed the fireplaces and the jacuzzi while watching Netflix. Not to mention, the distance for good hiking from our cabin was only 5-7 minutes to Matthiessen State Park and also Starved Rock. Nicole was an awesome host and I'm so happy I booked with her for a nice birthday getaway for my boyfriend. We definitely will be returning!! (:"

Everything was top quality from the room, amenities, communication, etc. I love that the owners have renovated and repurposed a historic building, giving it new life.
