"The apartment location, concierge, and overall cleanliness was great. However, several appliances (toaster was there but the parts were missing, washer making banging sounds during use,etc.) were broken and/or unusable, walls and furniture looked worn and in many cases dirty - we found stains on the sofa cushions (unclear whether they had been cleaned) + stains on the bedding which were only partially cleaned- and it was difficult to get anyone to respond to concerns. "Except for a few glitches during our stay which were immediately taken care of, this was a clean and cozy, wonderful location for my husband and I to spend a few days with family and friends. There is a great museum (the Phillips) just three blocks away and lots of eateries just 2-3 blocks distance. The management team was on top of things and communicated frequently. Overall this was a great place to be and we plan on using it again whenever we are in DC."

"Everything we needed for the 3 day weekend we spent in DC. Perfect size for 4 people to stay, hang out, and sleep. Easy to find and central to a lot of really fun restaurants. One thing- I will point out to any venue that does this because it’s something you don’t always have, and that’s easy to reach outlets in the bedrooms! "Excellent location, well-maintained corporate house. This is much more comfortable than living in a hotel with a large kitchen. Beds are very comfortable too. Whole foods and starbucks are right down the building. Steps to Yellow line. Will live here again!"

"The room itself was great. Clean, large and modern. 2 couples would be very comfortable. There was washer and dryer in the room. Need to make Check-in a little easier outside normal business hours. The building I was in had a terrible odor in the hall ways. Not sure if it was a cleaning chemical or pestacide, but the odor was strong all week. Did not seep into the room too much. If you need dark to sleep make sure your windows are on the side of the parking lot. "

"The gentleman who checked me in was wonderful…I wish I got his name but he was welcoming and super friendly. When I walked into the unit, the TV was on and it sounded like someone else was there…which startled me. There was a door missing from the bathroom vanity, there was trash in the kitchen disposal, no hangers in the closet and scuff marks on all of the bedroom walls and dresser. I’ve stayed at other Global Suites before but this one could definitely use a little TLC. "
