"Top location. Far enough to not be in the hustle and bustle, whilst still having easy travel to all locations and having everything you need nearby (e.g. shopping centre, cinema, restaurants, river views, etc).
The pool is heated even though it is outdoors making it a potential year-round pleasure.
Kids had an amazing time. Perfect family friendly hotel and location. Definitely plan on making this our destination for future Melbourne travels."

"Classic 5-star hotel as expected. Have stayed here on numerous occasions and never drops standards. Beware the parking fees at DFO (not managed by the hotel but can use a discount voucher from the hotel desk. The parking system tried to charge double. Had to use the help button and speak to someone before the correct charge was applied). This parking issue is not a negative reflection on the hotel though, just a heads-up for guests. Great hotel restaurant."

"To be honest, we had a few issues during our stay. The first room we were allocated had air-conditioning that made loud noise and TV didn’t work. We were moved to another room for our second night only after I asked in the morning and followed up again in the afternoon, which was OK. Unfortunately, this room was not overly soundproof and at 4:30am in I was woken up to the sound of the person next-door playing very loud music. I understand that’s not the Hotel‘s fault but it kind of shows the...

"The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We were there for a short visit and the staff gave us plenty of tips for the tram, list of recommended restaurants etc. The location is 5 stars, right near 2 tram stops and plenty of space for Ubers to pull over. It's a lovely, quiet and safe neighborhood with plenty of cafes within minutes for coffee and breakfast/lunch. The rooms were very clean and well presented. There is on-site laundry and gym. We loved our stay!"

"It was a great price & close to the Conference centre, a lovely quirky little hotel. Honest (I stayed in a 'Shoebox' room) but the bed was very comfortable and the shower was amazing. I would recommend it and stay there again. The only down side was the half sized ironing board."

"The room as great for us. Walking distance to everything we were doing and seeing. Close to the train station so we left cars at home. Enjoyed the late checkout with a morning gym and swim session which was the perfect antidote for a long day and late night the day before. Super comfortable and convenient."
