This luxurious and enchanting Penthouse Suite in the historic 1887 Aldine House in Chautauqua Institution is located in the heart of the Institution, steps from the Amphitheatre, the Athenaeum Hotel, Bestor Plaza, and Chautauqua Lake. You will take in breathtaking, unobstructed top-floor lake views as you listen to the music wafting over from the Amphitheater from the comfort of your private balcony. Recently remodeled, this unit is owned by human realist painter Judy Takacs and her husband. This stunning apartment is impeccably decorated with a sophisticated twist on Chautauqua charm, complete with original contemporary figurative artwork by an award winning artist. Beautifully appointed granite kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator with ice-maker, brand new stove, stacked washer/dryer, microwave, toaster, blender, two gorgeous subway-tiled marble full baths with showers, turreted living room with leather couches, hardwood floors - bright, clean, modern and in excellent condition. There are 4 bedrooms and 2 baths, a full kitchen, large living room, flat screen TV, central A/C. Sleeps 6 Max. - Bedroom# 1: Double; Bedroom #2: Twin with attached bath; Bedroom #3: Double; Bedroom#4: Twin. 2nd bath is in the hallway. This condo has beautiful wood floors and area rugs.
