"Fantastic stay with my family. Staff were a standout, reception team very friendly. My daughter is afraid of elevators and the kind lady helped me unlock the stairs outside (unfortunately it was raining and staff member did get wet) so that I could walk our girl up to our room. Great location, room very clean, tidy and warm which was a must as we had a 8 week old baby with us. "The room was ideal and a good size for a family of 4. We didn’t realise that the only parking available was in the main street of Kilbirnie where it is located. It was a bit noisey at night from the extractor fans from the bar’s kitchen below right outside our window. Apart from that, it all went smoothly. Thanks"

"Handy to the CBD, but definitely not as pictured. Reasonably clean and tidy with only the state of the shower letting the room down. Overall good for the price and location "

"The room and bed are always 'spot on' very comfortable, great range of programmes on TV including movies. Staff are lovely. I stay in the smaller rooms, the bathrooms are tiny and a bit old fashioned - but I spend only 10 mins in there - I always rebook when I have to stay in CBD for work. Parking is great, location is excellent"

"This was SO much better than expected - especially for the price. I was worried that photos were of just recently refurbished rooms, but I was wrong. Obviously ALL rooms are modern, like this.
