"I really liked the fact that for an apartment there was 24 hour reception. So we just turned up like a hotel, got key card and that was us sorted for a week. No trying to arrange a meeting with a host who doesn't really speak English or battling with keybox combination. The apartment was spacious and modern. Large bathroom, good sized bedrooms. Although we were on the ninth floor of course there is a lift so that wasn't a problem. Any reservations? I would only have two. If you want a character...

"We stayed here as a family. There were quite a few young people staying here, possibly students. They were sometimes quite noisy, and we could hear groups chatting loudly in the corridors, occasionally playing music on speakers. It was fine for a short stay, but the place seemed more like a student house, which made us feel a little uncomfortable as a family."

"Location is fantastic. Unit is easily locatable and easily accessible to/from Valencia. Management company is quick to respond and helpful. Interior of unit is very usable and patios are relaxing. Unfortunately, some of the items in the interior need some attention, like the bath in the ensuite: where caulking causes leaking and drainage is slow, and a kitchen door needing to be reinstalled; which cost an afternoon of waiting for repair. Unit is accessible to a large grocery store, but the...

"Over the last 15 years we have rent a lot of apartments but no one with this level of noises. A sewage pipe from the flats in the house above runs along the ceiling of the flat and is virtually uninsulated. Every time someone go to the toilet in the flats above, the water splashes through the pipe with a noise that makes you think it's splashing on your head. You can also hear if everyone takes a shower in the flats above. Furthermore, the pumping of the condensation water from the system of of...
