"Great location. Grocery store, mall, park, and historical area within walking distance, although view from room is not that nice; surrounding area isn't that scenic. Staff were very quick to respond to my complaints.
Can't give a high rating because my room wasn't clean when we arrived. Garbage not emptied, microwave smelled like popcorn from last guest; my husband cleaned the toilet. Shower leaked. Sheets were clean and changed however. Rest of the building was very clean, so I think there...

"Over the last 15 years we have rent a lot of apartments but no one with this level of noises. A sewage pipe from the flats in the house above runs along the ceiling of the flat and is virtually uninsulated. Every time someone go to the toilet in the flats above, the water splashes through the pipe with a noise that makes you think it's splashing on your head. "The property was very clean and modern looking. The staff was very helpful and accommodating to guest requests. Kids enjoyed the lobby area where they have a coloring pad. The parking lot was a short walk away from the hotel however, it was a very secure a lot and very easy in and out. There is a reserved spot right next to the hotel entrance for luggage drop off and pick up before you head to the parking lot.
