"Clean, fresh room. Staff polite and friendly. Great amenities. Plenty of choice at breakfast. Bar a little short staffed on Saturday night meaning a bit of a wait for service and tables were not cleared at all, but otherwise a lovely stay and would recommend. "

We were informed that there was no provision for an evening meal on either evening (we stayed 2 nights) that was fine, as we were happy to drive to nearby Haverfordwest. We were a little disappointed that on Saturday evening the bar was closed to residents due to a private function. "We arrived to no one around and after walking around the property finally saw an envelope with our name on it and our key. Our room smelt moldy and damp. The carpet was dirty and the walls were peeling. The beds were very uncomfortable. It was shocking to see after such a high rating. The yard was unkempt and there was a general air of neglect about the whole place. "
