"A lovely place to stay close to Garden of the Gods National Forest and more. My group stayed for a short trip over Memorial Day Weekend and wish we stayed longer. "Minutes from Garden of the Gods and River to River Trail. Temps too hot so we tried to be on trail by 7:30. On dead end road but noisy compared where we live (not bad). Great wildflowers and birds. Loved having a full kitchen. My husband in hot every day."

"Cute house, right on the lake. Came down for college graduation, but seemed to spend more time at the house and lake thank anything else. House had every amenity needed, including a boat dock and electricity. On a whim decided to bring a boat along, and make a short vacation out of the trip. Looking forward to another trip down! Hopefully this house will be available on our next booking!"

"Loved our stay at the Loft! Was so easy to travel the wine trail. The Loft itself was perfect for us. We were looking for a weekend of R & R, this was the perfect spot! Hot tub was a perfect spot to relax before hitting the wine trail and then a perfect spot to relax after a busy day to relax with a nice bottle from the wine trail. We will definitely be back!"

"Very cute house and nice area to stay in. Enjoyed the lake and the dock my husband caught a 4 pound bass on a fly rod. He was extremely happy love that it was dog, friendly and easy for my old dog to walk the property overall a very pleasant experience."

"We have stayed at one of Jeff and Heather's properties for the past 5 years and we have already booked for next year! Jeff and Heather are ready to answer any question and care about our family and wants to be sure we have what we need! Jeff even cleaned our fish! (he may not do that all the time) but we appreciated it! The home was super clean and ready for us when we arrived! Always a good time! Already looking forward to next year!"

"My family and I really enjoyed our stay at the lake. Michelle was very helpful and wonderful to work with, providing us with a very nice home and worry free vacation. The house was perfect size for us with everything we needed in a nice quiet area. We will definitely be looking to stay here again soon!"

"The property doesn't show that well as you pull into the driveway but it was clean and nice where it really counts. The inside is well appointed and beds were reasonably comfortable. Had everything we needed for 3 nights with 6 adults and 2 children ages 10 and 13. It was just big enough with four of us tucked into the room with the bunk beds. "Our second time staying at this home for an annual fishing trip. This is an amazing home with the best view of the lake. The home accomdated 9 of us with no problem, indoors and out. Close to everything we needed. Within walking distance of the Cross eyed Bear which has excellent food, service and staff! Hopeful to stay next year and even bringing our wives back to this area later this summer. Chandler was great to communicate with and very responsive!"

"It was an awesome place to stay. The location on the lake was in a cove, which is a plus. We enjoyed spending time on the large porch. The house was amazing. We had three couples, and each of us had a large bedroom and a bathroom. We would definitely stay there again."

"Our family of 5 absolutely loved our stay at this property. There was plenty of room for our family of 5, the property decor was beautiful, the kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook and the beds were soooo comfortable. We enjoyed spending our evenings on the deck and using the gas grill to cook and fishing off the dock. The kids enjoyed using the water trampoline. Brad was easy to get ahold of and welcoming. "The 5 days were horrible! I made calls for housekeeping to come to my room on 3 different days and they never came, even if I planner ahead of time for the next day. There was no toilet paper, no towel refresh, we couldnt even access the laundry room for new sheets and pillows. And besides housekeeping issues the card key door kept disconnecting so I had to refresh with the front desk 3 times a day, the lights when out occasionally which sucked in the heat wave we had. The front entrance smelled and the elevator smelled worse. I couldnt even personally throw out my own trash because every trash can around was full in the hotel, and I couldnt even get a vacuum either to clean my own room. It was terribly from start to finish."
