With plenty of space for gathering, gorgeous golf course and wildlife views, you'll forever remember this one-of-a-kind retreat. This property features a large eat-in kitchen, 2nd floor wet bar and dining area, and a 3rd level loft that overlooks one of America's top rated golf courses. If that's not enough space, the beautiful large back patio features a built-in fireplace and luxury outdoor kitchen with grill and refrigeration. It all sits right on the 5th hole tee box of Kokopelli. We doubt you'll want to leave this architectural wonder, but should you decide to venture out, The Turn Restaurant and Lounge is steps away. This home is great for hosting large gatherings. From wedding parties, work conferences, golf outings, or graduation parties from any of the local colleges and universities. While here, be sure to enjoy all Southern Illinois has to offer. Between the several local wineries, Shawnee National Forrest, various lakes, and unique outdoor landscapes, the Eagles Nest may prove to be your favorite part of your stay.

We absolutely loved our stay at Eagles Nest! My family came in for a long weekend of wedding festivities and found this property to meet all expectations and more. Location was perfect for our golf day and the living area was perfect for our game nights! We will definitely be back!!!

Girls weekend

Great place to stay for a girls weekend plenty of comfortable beds and bathrooms. Great open floor plan to hang out in. The property was very clean and in a nice neighborhood. Will warn you this is not a location meant for privacy as golfers stop behind the house regularly. The owner was responsive and kind. Overall a great experience. .

Wedding Weekend

We booked this villa for my daughter's wedding at Kokopelli Golf Course. The villa was perfect for a Friday night party for out of town guests and the second floor lounge area worked perfectly for the bride and friends to get ready in. Pictures were taken in the 3rd floor loft of the bride.

Best place in Marion

This property and the manager Richard are amazing! I loved wverything about this stay. The house is amazing the layout is so wonderful for multiple families and everything is new and so clean. The patio is amazing to enjoy with family and friends. Definetly book! this house!

In Town for a family wedding

This was an awesome home for us as a family during our visit to Marion. The house was spacious and allowed for our young-adult kids to have their own private space. The arcade game was used by all! Excellent entertainment space both inside and out for our family to all come over and hang out a couple nights. Overall, we really enjoyed the home and would definitely recommend staying here if you are in the Marion area!.

Yeah!

In Marion for a family wedding. Perfect place for all of us (adult children and teenage grandchildren and pre-teen great grandchildren). Dramatic great room overlooking 5th tee. Got to review the golfers as an added benefit. Looks like a good spot for a getaway golf weekend.

Family of 3 adults and one infant gathered for a death anniversary. House was clean quiet and beautiful. We could easily have had twice the numbers of guests and still felt roomy. Plan to come back in the future.
