"We hiked in off the trail to stay for a night. We greatly enjoyed our stay. The host was friendly and answered any questions we had. The house has a 1970s feel with a cool living room couch that runs the length of the room. We listened to records and there was a ping pong table and plenty of board games. Artwork was cool. Renovated showers were nice and clean. Wallpaper in upstairs bath reminded me of a pattern my mother had on both a stroller and a picnic bag! There was a choice of 3...

"This comfortable, clean, eclectic and welcoming historic home worked well as a family space for our gathering of local and dispersed family of 5 adults and an active 3-year old. House has a/c, thankfully! Kitchen is decently stocked with plates/utensils/etc and seats six. Stove is gas if that helps, and the coffee pot is drip, and easy to use. Beds are comfortable! Plenty of living room seating, and if you need it, TV gets Bluey and there’s lots of dancing area, so that’s helpful!Eat-n-Park...

There is not much, except history in Greensboro, but there is relative proximity to great hiking in West Virginia (Raven’s Rock and Rock City trails at Cooper’s Rock St Park), Maryland (Swallow Falls) and Ohiopyle, PA (Ferncliff). "Nicely furnished. Temperature was a little cool for us, but had the fireplace which helped. We spent most of our time in Pittsburgh but enjoyed Tanger Outlet and easy access to lots of dining and shopping opportunities. Host was very responsive and had no issues with the facilities. Our last night it was a little noisy, but not a problem. Overall we had a good experience. "

"This is a spacious, clean somewhat rural but still suburban cabin in the outskirts of Pittsburgh. Tammy and Floyd are wonderful hosts, responsive and a kick to chat with. Be sure to say hi to Jackson, their German Shepherd! Loved our stay there!"

"We came from TN for the football game. House was located in a nice neighborhood about 20-30 mins away from the stadium. Very clean and loved that we weren't expected to do the dishes, laundry, trash while there like most VRBO places require! Would stay again if in the area. "

"...and then some. My family and I had such a memorable stay. Every inch of the home was packed with the sights, sounds and smells of our childhood. The house is cozy, comfortable and immaculate. One note: there is only one ac unit but plenty of fans were provided. Melanie is a very gracious host and accessible. The location was perfect for our weekend activities but honestly the best times were spent in the house, taking it all in and hours on chatting on the porch. We will definitely return!"
