Cozy farm stay Sleeps 4 Minutes to town

Cozy country home on a farm located just outside of Waynesburg PA. 2 bedrooms with king beds. Perfect if you are attending events at WVU, Waynesburg University or Valley View Farm venue. This home is in a rural country setting. Wifi is good but cell phone service can be spotty. Sleeps 4. Commercial waffle maker with waffle mix/syrup provided! No smoking. Dog friendly upon approval. $50 a day pet fee. 1 dog allowed, up to 30 lbs. Pets are not allowed on the furniture and must be cleaned up after. You are responsible for any damage caused by your pet. If you are leaving the pet alone in the property, it must be crated. **If you are bringing a dog, it must be disclosed and included on your reservation. If you bring a dog that is not disclosed, you will be charged $300 and your reservation will be cancelled with no refund given.**We just recently added a fire pit area. Please note that firewood is not provided but can be brought or bought at our local Walmart. Safety features of this home include a fire extinguisher, smoke/carbon monoxide detector and security camera.

Great Option in Waynesburg

This house was perfect for a small family get together. Plenty of room, big kitchen space, and a deck grill. Everything we needed. Stacy was super helpful for navigating some local road closures. We also loved the quiet country road location.

Family Visit to Cute Farm Stay

We chose Cute Farm Stay due to its close proximity to family. This ŵas our first time renting a property through VRBO. The property is well maintained. Great scenery and away from the bustle of modern life but with easy access to town. Free Roku helped keep my little one entertained in the evenings. The waffle maker made for a fun breakfast. I can't imagine using the local hotel after being spoiled by this accommodation. Thank you to the owner for facilitating a pleasant experience.

Wonderful stay in Cozy Country Home

Cozy is sometimes code for small and cramped. Not this property! Cozy Country Home had everything that we wanted. Close to town but away from the noise. Quiet and peaceful location. Plenty of room to relax and rest. We were visiting family in the area and I'm so glad we stayed here. For the price of one hotel room we had an entire house.In the roomy kitchen there were all the necessary cooking items and utensils. The starter snacks and cupcakes were an extra-special touch! Breakfast was a breeze with coffee and waffle-making supplies on hand. We did some quick grocery shopping and had everything needed for our stay. The bathroom was sparkling clean. There was plenty of hot water when showering and the towels were thick and soft. The two bedrooms were cozy and warm, with comfortable king beds and large closets. The living room sofa and chair were really comfy and several naps were taken in them. This is a five-star property and I look forward to returning soon.

Fantastic stay!

We absolutely recommend it. Our stay at the cozy country home was perfect! It was very tidy and stocked with everything we could have needed plus some. Stacy even went above and beyond our expectations with the special touches.We had arrived later in the night and she left the outdoor lights on for us to make getting in a breeze. The home was beautifully decorated for Christmas, and we had holiday themed cupcakes waiting for us. The location itself is rural and very peaceful, yet still close to anything you may need. We hope to stay aging soon.

Quaint, quiet and clean

Stacy was a great host; welcoming us warmly, decorating to the season, and having a prepared, comfy home. Only a quick 10 minutes to Waynesburg made the quiet country setting perfect. Memories were made on the back porch with seating, a grill and a view. Thank you Stacy!

Country & Cozy

My parents and I traveled from TX to OH then PA for a week to visit family. We really enjoyed the property! The house was beautifully decorated and had everything you could want or need such as snacks, coffee K-cups, spices, plenty of dishes and utensils if you were needing to cook. Freshly baked chocolate chip cookies were there waiting upon our arrival. Stacy also provides a waffle iron and everything you need to make waffles. The house was very clean, comfortable and very quiet. It had plenty of space for 3 people, and the beds were comfortable. Stacy is a fantastic hostess! She was very quick to respond to anything we needed during our stay. We loved our stay and would book again if we're ever in the area. Thanks, Stacy!

Weekend trip

The house was very clean! It was so cute and had everything we needed! There was little snack basket (my son was very happy with bananas in it lol), and also a waffle iron with waffle mix, syrup and cooking spray for it, which was such a cool little thing that not a lot of hosts think to do! The location of the home is BEAUTIFUL, and quiet! If you can plan it right, I highly, highly recommend planning your drive so you arrive before sunset. The drive up the mountain roads is so beautiful! The host is extremely responsive and accommodating. If we are ever in the area again, we will absolutely try to stay here again! So such a perfect location for a small family or small group of friends!

The property was comfortable, clean & well stocked. There were extra touches like a small selection of snacks, a waffle iron with all things required to make waffles, and fresh chocolate chips waiting for us. The host Stacy was responsive to our questions, and our stay was perfect. We would definitely recommend, and would happily stay here again!

Lovely Weekend Escape

We were attending a family party in the area, and we needed a local "home base." The house was beautifully decorated, and had been stocked with many thoughtful touches, such as coffee K-cups, snacks, and travel-sized soaps and toiletries. The towels on top, were even folded to look like fans. 💕 Stacy our hostess, was super responsive to any and all of my questions about the house, and the area. She answered all of my messages quickly and thoroughly. She kindly left the front lights on for us, as we were arriving in the evening. Check-in was accomplished with a key code, which was easy to operate. All in all, we were so pleased with our stay at "Cozy Country Home." We will gladly stay there, again, and would recommend this VRBO to anyone needing to stay in the Waynesburg area. (You are right down the road from Valley View Farms, if you attend a wedding or event there, it would be the perfect place to stay!) Thanks, Stacy, for opening your home for us.
