Sea Winds 1404: Totally Renovated, Beach Front

This beachfront treasure has undergone a full renovation, now boasting state-of-the-art appliances and an additional second full bathroom. It features porcelain tile floors and quartz countertops throughout. The high-end furnishings have been carefully selected, and each room is equipped with the latest QLED smart TVs.
Enjoy high-speed internet for uninterrupted streaming. A private washer and dryer are included in the unit.
Savor your meals outdoors with the new patio furniture, all while taking in the stunning ocean views from the 14th floor and enjoying the fresh sea air. All rooms are fitted with new blackout shades.
The Master Bedroom Suite offers a King Bed and a walk-in shower. The Guest Bedroom includes two Twin Beds, each with its own walk-in shower. The Living Room contains a small sofa bed suitable for children, not adults.
Everything you need for the beach is provided: towels, chairs. Your relaxing island retreat awaits.
Just a 10-minute walk north from the parking lot, you'll find additional restaurants, a movie theater offering dining, and mini-golf. Book your stay now!

EXIT CLEANING FEE may increase according to length of stay.

PARKING: Only 1 vehicle allowed per condo. There is a $50.00 parking fee collected at the front desk due by credit card on arrival.

CANCELLATIONS must be made in writing at least 60 days prior to a WEEKLY RESERVATION scheduled arrival date. If it is a MONTHLY RESERVATION, it is 90 days prior. Cancellations received after that date will result in forfeiture of advance payment unless the unit is rebooked. All cancellations no matter when cancelled will be charged MIRP Booking Fee.
Please be aware that If you DO NOT take the travel insurance and you get sick and cannot make your trip you will not get your money back.
We DO NOT make exceptions for COVID.

This condo is managed by a local rental agency (Marco Island Rental Properties) and the payment you make to VRBO is only the VRBO service fee. Once you have successfully completed the booking; you will be contacted from an MIRP rental agent for the rest of the payment. Preferred Payment method is by Check. If you would like to pay by credit card there is an extra 2.5% fee which will be added to your rental. Some extra paperwork will be emailed to you that will need to be filled out prior to arrival.

Marco never disappoints

Week long family vacation. This unit was spot on, clean, updated and a great location. Property itself is great. Nice pool and just steps from the beach. Beach chairs, cooler and cabana also provided which was a nice touch! Can’t beat the views from the balcony… loved our stay!

AWESOME

Marco Island is simply amazing. We have been vacationing there for many years. This time (for the 1st Time) we stayed at Sea Winds and it was Amazing. The unit we rented had spectacular views, updated kitchen and bath. Furniture and most of all The Bed was so comfortable. We also used the beach gear from the storage closet. Overall our stay was Fantastic! Highly recommend this Unit. You wont be disappointed. Best, J&J

Beautiful Views

Condo was in excellent shape. The remodel that was done was great. Loved the showers. Only thing that was shaky was wifi when watching television at night. Froze up some. However, we didn’t watch much television because we were outside on patio watching the beautiful sunsets and views. Cant go wrong with renting this property.

Another wonderful stay at Sea Winds!

We had a wonderful time at the condo we rented at Sea Winds in Marco! Amazing view and balcony, so close to the end of the beach - which is great for shelling. Our condo was perfect for us, comfortable and beautifully decorated! Thanks for a wonderful vacation memory!!

Condo was as described and very clean. We saw a snake in the outside door one morning when we were going to the beach. Did not like that since I'm terrified of snakes. Condo needs a more user friendly way of entry instead of using keys to unlock all the doors and gates. It's hard when you have your hands full of beach things or groceries. Condo building is not very handicap accessible. Also needs air in the elevators and first floor hallway. But all in all we had a wonderful time.

Relaxing, beautiful and the comforts of home

This was absolutely perfect in every way! Waking up to the view you have is more than breathtaking. You have all the conveniences of home, you can walk the beach to several restaurants and just relax and enjoy. One experience we had while swimming in the ocean was a dolphin came swimming up by us!! You have an absolutely beautiful condo in a perfect location. Thank you for sharing it with us! We will be back!

Wonderful view and wonderful unit.

Everything was as described and we had a great week. Only issue was the balcony floor coating was like glue and everything stuck to it. We would certainly come back for another stay.
