You’ll feel like you’ve seen this house before. Maybe in a postcard. Or a painting titled, “Blue Sky Tropics.” Or was it in that dream you keep having about the world’s most perfect vacation? This 2,100 square foot house is located in the heart of Marco Island. It sleeps six, with one king bed, two queen beds, and two bathrooms. Well, it technically sleeps seven if you include your furry friend. That’s right, this is one of Marco Island’s exclusive dog-friendly homes. It also comes with a one-car garage.

The palms in front are first to bid you welcome. Warm ocean breezes usher you across the emerald green lawn. You step inside and the first thing you say is, “Wow.” The dining room table sits beside an arched window with a full view of the lush garden. Bliss and perfection joined forces to furnish the spacious living room. It’s so elegant you half expect a butler to step up and say, “You look like you need a dip in your own private pool. May I direct you to the lanai?”

Your private lanai, with its heated pool and hot tub, wouldn’t be complete without an ice cold tropical drink, so the house comes equipped with a blender. It also features a gas grill for the family barbecue chef to fire up. With the shaded table and chairs cooled by the overhead fan, poolside barbecues will quickly become your favorite meal of the day.

The fully open kitchen features granite countertops and an island lined with barstool chairs for quick treats. It also comes fully stocked with all the modern appliances and cookware you need to serve dinner on the glass dining table or a seaside snack on the lanai.

When you’re ready to visit dreamland, every bedroom comes with plenty of closet and drawer space and the same inviting ambience. The master bedroom, in particular, features a television and en suite bathroom with his-and-her sinks and a walk-in shower, as well as direct lanai access for gentle ocean breezes.

We want you to spend your time enjoying every minute of your stay, so we’ve made sure the property is filled with all the comforts and conveniences of home, including air conditioning and heating, ceiling fans, free wi-fi, cable, linens, towels, and a washer and dryer. You’ve also got everything you need for the beach, including beach towels, beach chairs, cooler and umbrella.

Marco Island is the largest of Florida’s ten thousand islands, and it’s filled with ten thousand activities. Parasailing. Fishing. Shelling cruises. Jet ski and swamp buggy tours of the Everglades. And so much more. If total relaxation is more your style, lay back on beaches of sugar white sand and cool off with a dip in the sparkling blue ocean. For your shopping adventures, wander through the Marco Town Center Mall. It’s only a short walk from your house, and you’ll find specialty boutiques, a grocery store, fine dining options, and weekly concerts.
