"I stayed for a week and could’ve stayed another! Such a great location, spotless, hip, and friendly staff with delicious food at diner, at the pool, and the restaurant. The room had modern equipment and the beds were super comfy. Zero noise from outside. Key staff were: SuSu in the restaurant, Tom out at the pool bar, and Tasha who gave the Thursday tour from the Standard bus! She was so fun and adorable! Honestly i will come back to Singapore to stay at this hotel because it was just so easy...

"We had an excellent stay at this hotel for our overnight stop over. Although it was a little distant from the airport this was made easy with the free shuttle service. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Buffet breakfast was fantastic and well priced. Thank you for looking after us!"

"The staff were really accomodating and thoughtful. We mentioned we had a late flight the night before checking out and they allowed us a late checkout complimentary, which was really gracious and thoughtful, and a reason we'd choose this hotel again.
In addition, the room was excellent and clean. The meals were outstanding.
One area for improvement is the hotel coffee, which is isn't great. This would round off the entire experience and elevate the hotel over any other. Staff weren't too sure...

"There are nice outdoor areas, and the rooms are comfortable and well maintained. This hotel is probably best suited for families with children.
Check-in takes quite a while, mainly because the hotel is very large and has many rooms. This is also noticeable at breakfast, which can feel crowded and hectic due to the large number of families staying at the resort.
For me personally, it felt a bit too much like a tourist machine. The overall atmosphere was busy, crowded, and somewhat stressful...

バスタブのシャワーの使い方がわからず、たまたま清掃に入ってくれたスタッフさんに聞くことができました！
シャワールームのシャワーが温かくならず、フロントで聞いたところ、シャワーは温かくなりませんと言われたけど、38℃って書いてあるのに？といまだに少し疑ってます笑

The room was comfortable but so very tiny: the bed was pushed to the wall; the fridge door can't open fully; practically no storage for clothes- only a few hangers! & the windows had wooden louvers, so no outside view! The room was facing the road, so there is noise from the traffic. It's not ideal for longer stsys."
