"Rooms are poorly maintained.
Furnitures are broken and are from old furnitures thrown from some Hilton hotel.
Don't have an Iron box, please carry one if you need one during the stay.
No kettles to even prepare coffee in the morning.
Floors makes your feet dirty. Bathroom has no hooks to hang your cloths. There are no hangers in the room. The photos are fake, doesn't look like it at all. You will get a much better experience for this price somewhere else "

"Couches in rooms 107 & 109 are nasty dirty. Brown stain on floor and (seen from door) on underskirt of bed, lock broken on door. Staff were as helpful as possible, changed rooms, couch still gross, then gave extra sheets to cover couch. Staff advised on how to wiggle lock to get it to disengage so door would shut/lock but I was late so staff was helpful and fixed door for me so I could leave room with all my stuff and get to meeting on time. Kids were running in halls on my floor and above so...

"On our way to the hotel, we received a call that our room would not be ready on time. Upon arriving, we had assumed parking would be free as the hotel is over a parking garage, but were told that we would have to use the parking lot across the street (23$/8hr) or the valet service who owned the garage(51$). We ending up using the valet service and the gentleman from PNC were extremely friendly and helpful.
The front desk staff were less friendly. Everyone seemed in a rush to get things done....
